SCRIPTURE Come Holy spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful. And kindle in them the fire of your love. May the God of Our Lord Jesus Christ give you a spirit of wisdom and perception of what is revealed, to bring you to full knowledge of him. May he enlighten the eyes of your mind so that you can see what hope his call holds for you SACRAMENTS OF CONFIRMATION AND HOLY COMMUNION Today Daniel Rainford,Stephen Richardson, Katie Henry,Dylan Bilsborrow, Jacob Pridgeon, Ben McGonagle and Ben Abbey will receive these two sacraments. MARRIAGE (SAME SEX) BILL will soon be presented to the House of Lords. For full information search the parish website under the heading “marriage”. In Confirmation they will receive the fullness of God’s Spirit. In Holy Communion they will share the banquet of Christ’s sacrifice, calling God their Father in the midst of the Church ( Rite of Baptism) PRAYER MEETING Thursday 7.30pm.
