SCRIPTURE
I appeal to you brothers and sisters, for the sake of Our Lord Jesus Christ, to make up the differences between you, and instead of disagreeing amongst yourselves, to be united again in your belief and practice. (1 Corinthians)
POPE FRANCIS
On this day when Jesus called his apostles Pope Francis says. “A
Vocation is a fruit that ripens in a well-cultivated field of mutual love that becomes mutual service”.
The more we unite ourselves to Jesus through prayer, sacred Scripture, the Eucharist, the sacraments celebrated and lived in the church and in fraternity, the more there will grow in us the joy of cooperating with God in the service of the kingdom of mercy and truth, of justice and peace.
